Gathering Strength Seated HIIT
Build endurance, stamina and strength from your seat! Seated HIIT for Stamina and Strength is sponsored by Gathering Strength, Inc., who's "mission is to empower people with physically disabling conditions by ensuring equitable access to community resources and spaces, technology, and better health."
Each class has adapted cardiovascular and strength exercises including periods of high intensity interval training (HIIT), which has been shown to help build stamina and burn more calories. Participants have the option to engage in HIIT portions or keep a slower pace.

Designed for all levels, each session builds strength, flexibility, balance, and ease of movement. Balance at Pure Balance Pilates
Balance is our level 1 Pilates Reformer class, focusing on proper alignment, technique, and mindful movement. This low - impact workout creates strength and stability throughout your entire body. Balance is the perfect Pilates class for beginners, as the slower pace of this class allows the student to build a strong foundation. However, it can also be a great option for even the most seasoned of Pilates students, creating a deeper mind-body connection and understanding of the movement, allowing them to get even more out of their more advanced classes- and don't let the level 1 fool you. Sometimes going back to the basics and moving slow can be as much of a challenge as our more advanced classes! **This class is strongly recommended as a starting point for students with current or recovering injuries.**

Core Integrity Yoga for Recovery & Well-Being is a trauma-informed yoga therapy flow that supports mental, emotional, and physical well-being. This class honors recovery not only from addiction, but also from the accumulated stress, anxiety, and trauma of daily life experiences that impact the nervous system, body, mind and sense of self. Discover powerful yet accessible yoga practices to regulate the nervous system, calm the mind, and build a steady foundation for healing, balance, and sustainable recovery.
This class is appropriate for anyone seeking support for stress, emotional overwhelm, life transitions, or recovery-oriented well-being. Gathering Strength Seated HIIT
Build endurance, stamina and strength from your seat! Seated HIIT for Stamina and Strength is sponsored by Gathering Strength, Inc., who's "mission is to empower people with physically disabling conditions by ensuring equitable access to community resources and spaces, technology, and better health."
Each class has adapted cardiovascular and strength exercises including periods of high intensity interval training (HIIT), which has been shown to help build stamina and burn more calories. Participants have the option to engage in HIIT portions or keep a slower pace.
These classes are FREE, and there is no commitment. You are welcome to attend as many or as few classes as you’d like. Family members and caregivers are welcome to join us.
