Candlelight Yin Yoga - Thursday nights 6:00 PM

Yin Yoga is a slow, meditative practice that invites you to soften, surrender, and turn inward. Postures are held for several minutes to gently target the body's connective tissues, including fascia, ligaments, and joints, while cultivating mindfulness, presence, and deep relaxation.

Rooted in the teachings of Paul Grilley, Sarah Powers, and Taoist traditions, Yin Yoga encourages stillness, self-awareness, and a balanced flow of energy, leaving you feeling centered, grounded, renewed and restored.
