Build endurance and strength from your seat. Seated Stamina & Strength is sponsored by Gathering Strength, Inc., who's "mission is to empower people with physically disabling conditions by ensuring equitable access to community resources and spaces, technology, and better health." Each FREE 1-hour class has adapted cardiovascular and strength exercises including periods of high intensity interval training (HIIT), which has been shown to help build stamina and burn more fat. Participants have the option to engage in HIIT portions or keep a slower pace. Family members and caregivers are welcome to join us. Beginning Monday, Jan. 30th 1:00 PM ET.
