Yamuna Foot Fitness

Yamuna® Foot Fitness is designed to help you keep your feet happy and healthy at any age or fitness level. This YFF Jump-Start is perfect for a basic introduction for anyone new to Yamuna Foot Fitness as well as a deep refresh for anyone familiar with the practice. We will break down the Yamuna Self-Assessment Walking Exercise and learn/review the Basic Maintenance Routine using Yamuna Foot Wakers. This routine can be practiced seated, standing, or a combination of both. If you have foot pain, heel pain, plantar fasciitis, fallen arches, or weak ankles or feet - this class is for you! Yamuna Foot Wakers are required for this class.
